This is small-batch coffee roasted with care in my home setup. Since 2024, I’ve been sourcing high-quality beans from trusted importers, always looking for interesting and well-grown coffees from around the world.

I roast most batches to a medium or medium-dark level—a spot I’ve found brings out the best in each bean while keeping the cup balanced and enjoyable across brewing methods. Whether you're using a drip machine, French press, pour-over, or espresso setup, this roast is meant to be flexible and approachable.

Origin: Rotates regularly (feel free to ask what’s available in the current batches)

Tasting Notes: Vary by origin, but always aiming for clarity, body, and sweetness

Roast Level: Medium to Medium-Dark

Weight: 340g / 12oz

Grind: Whole Bean (happy to custom grind to preferred size if you need, though whole beans keep fresh longer)
